The Bailey Agency Model Search 2020 Adult Male Finalist
Modeling has always interested Jaylan. Recently, he was selected as an Adult Male Finalist in the Bailey Agency School of Fashion's 2020 Instagram Model Search. The winner will receive a prize package including: becoming a social media brand ambassador for The Bailey Agency, and a cash prize of $1,000. A New Relationship with DGRW
Jaylan is happy to share that he will be embarking on a new journey with DGRW Inc. Talent Agency in New York City. Jaylan has dreamed of partnering with DGRW ever since starting school at Elon University, and he cannot wait for the journey ahead.
From An Acorn To A Sapling
Jaylan is thrilled to have just received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music Theatre from Elon University in Elon, North Carolina. Although an unconventional, virtual conferral-ceremony is not what anyone expected this year, Jaylan is hopeful that he and his classmates will learn and grow from the current global crisis. It is an opportunity to make lemonade out of one huge lemon. Jaylan cannot wait to be back on campus to attend the postponed, in-person, commencement, and celebrate with his classmates. For now, he's celebrating in spirit and invites you to join in! Jaylan believes there is something special about this graduating class and argues that the class of 2020 is a strong, resilient, persistent group of individuals who can handle a pandemic and all its setbacks, thus transforming so-called thorns... into roses.

The Link Program, Class of 2020
The Link Program is an opportunity founded by the growing studio in which students are invited to spend 10 days in New York City, linking them with industry professionals both in the classroom and through showcase. This opportunity introduced Jaylan to the NYC industry, connecting him with a supportive community of alike artists and past Link members, and assisted with his transition into New York City.
